Implement the project of the literary almanac, which is based on the study of Galychyna's image in the context of Central-European literature.
The project envisages the creation of an almanac dedicated to foreign writers who for the first time in the literature has described the image of the central cities of Galychyna: Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Drohobych, Buchach, Verkhovyna, and others. These writers are Stanislav Vincenz, Bruno Schulz, Josef Agnon and Zigmund Haupt. The project reveals the topic of identification of Galychyna as a territory with a unique cultural code that has a long-standing connection with the Central European cultural tradition. For the almanac, sources of fiction will be worked out, which will describe the key cities of Galychyna, and commentators will analyze the exertions from the texts: Yuri Andrukhovych, Taras Prokhasko, Taras Voznyak, Vira Meniok and others. This will form a unique image of the city in the world literature of the 20th century and will allow us to trace the sequence of cultural trends that have formed Ivano-Frankivsk and other major cities of Western Ukraine.
