This is a place where you can eat, organise organise your own event, discuss ideas and receive a grant.
Also, read a book or buy something in the store. Your lunch or purchase will make the city better.

COMMON CAUSE

Urban Space 100 was created through the combined efforts and resources of many different people and teams.

100 founding members financed the opening of the restaurant in equal shares.

80% of net profit goes to the Urban Space 100 grant fund

The fund is distributed to support non-profit local projects.

The founding members of the restaurant vote to choose which projects to support.

The idea for the public restaurant originated with the Teplе Misto platform.

The restaurant is managed by 23 Restaurants.

HOW DO GRANTS WORK?

The Urban Space 100 grant program has four seasons:

The Urban Space 100 grant program has four seasons: spring, summer, autumn and winter. Each time, it is a new opportunity to receive financial support to implement an idea — small or large, initial or follow-up. We put no restrictions on the topic or amount.

The key thing is that the project should be local to Ivano-Frankivsk.

100 founding members are donors who made a one-time contribution and in return received the right to make key decisions regarding Urban Space 100.

All founding members are members of the Urban Space 100 NGO. Every quarter, at a general meeting, they vote on new projects they’re willing to support and decide how to split up the grant money.

Urban Space 100 is also a free event venue for patrons and organisers, bringing together active people of the city.

Each event is designed to inspire, build an open dialogue, foster and strengthen communities. Every week, we host various events: discussions, presentations, lectures, film screenings, concerts, etc.
