Urban Space 100 in the Food of Halychyna Project
Ukrainian YouTubers Mykhailo Katsurin and Anton Ptushkin travel all around, exploring the food of Ukraine. In the new video for their joint project “Food of Halychyna”, they turned to Ivano-Frankivsk and visited Urban Space 100 to taste blood sausage syrnyky.
This special recipe was invented back in 2017 by the brand chef of the restaurant, Olena Zhabotynska, at a workshop in Odesa. And it was a real culinary masterpiece!
