10 years ago, on 27 December 2014, the unique public restaurant Urban Space 100 opened to become both a venue for delicious food and having a good time and a powerful platform for the city development and support for important social projects.

The anniversary day became special for everyone who loves Urban Space 100. Just as every year, the restaurant’s co-founders tried their hand at being chefs, which meant that each dish was cooked with special love and care.

The co-founders, the head of the Teple Misto Charity Foundation, employees, partners and patrons of the establishment shared their memories and well-wishes for Urban Space 100.

Together with the Save Ukraine Now fund, Urban Space 100 began collecting funds for the purchase of the SHARK complex for the 102nd Separate Brigade of the Territorial Defence Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Ivano-Frankivsk). Anyone who donated an amount multiple of UAH 100 automatically joined the draft for a chance to win prizes from the 102nd Territorial Defence Brigade and books. Thanks to the generosity of the patrons and participants of the event, we were able to raise UAH 12,179. UAH 34,000 were additionally raised at the charity auction. These funds bring us closer to victory and will help our defenders.

The evening featured a performance by ART PRESTIGE, a jazz band that created a truly festive atmosphere. A huge waffle cake was a sweet culmination of this unforgettable day.

10 years is a long journey that Urban Space 100 has travelled, implementing 174 public projects worth UAH 7,613,137. And this journey is just starting! We are very grateful to everyone who joined us on this special day. Together we drive change!

• Looking back on the past year, we are happy to share our achievements:
• During the year, we received 46 applications and supported 12 projects worth UAH 653,821 under the grant programme.
• With our support, Lutsk saw a successful launch of misto.cafe, a new social impact café that follows the Urban Space 100 model. This is another step towards ensuring that every Ukrainian city has a platform for the development of public initiatives.
• The #ShoTam publication dedicated an article to 10 projects that received funding from Urban Space 100. The publication entitled “Every dish is a donation for the development of the city” explores how these projects contribute to the development of the city.
• The event venue hosted 94 open events.
