BABYLONIAN LIBRARIAN. HOW ROMAN MALYNOVSKYI CREATES A BOOK CIVILISATION IN FRANKIVSK
20.03.2019
Roman Malynovskyi is not just a publisher, but twice a publisher.
He is the co-founder and editor-in-chief of the Vavylonska Library (which was founded as a translation project and became a full-fledged publishing house in 2017). Last year, he founded another publishing house, Tsyvilizatsiia.
Roman's publishing style is characteristic and recognizable — he translates world classics, such as Kurt Vonnegut, Samuel Beckett, and William Golding. Recently, Tsyvilizatsiia has announced a new project — MONO dedicated to multinational writers. And his first heroes were Poles who lived and wrote on the territory of Ukraine.
